With extraordinary help from teachers, legislators, watermen, writers, artists, and scores old Marylanders who love the Chesapeake Bay, CBFL attracted nearly 100 members in its first year and won education and research grants to launch new programs.

Our membership continues to grow as well our exhibits and our programming opportunities.  There is still much to be done and your help is needed.  Please join us.  It's our Bay.  Pass it on.
